I love the watch. Looks good and runs well. The bracelet band is very long as delivered, and require a trip to the jeweler to have it shortened. Otherwise - very well pleased with the watch. Excellent value for a very fine watch.

De Bethune DB28 & DB28T Tourbillon 'Kind Of Blue' Watches
De Bethune has always been preoccupied with a vaguely spacey, celestially inspired aesthetic, so it's no surprise that their latest DB28 watches pay tribute to that most cosmic color, blue. The De Bethune DB28 Kind of Blue and DB28T Kind of Blue are the latest additions to the line, citing the color's association with infinity and harmony as well as "plenitude"– the concept of being within and beyond itself. Anyway, it's a beautiful and rich-looking color that is developed through heating and oxidation to get that De Bethune look. The De Bethune DB28 Kind of Blue watch is made with a familiar grade 5 titanium case that is mounted on the familiar floating lugs seen in pieces like the DB28 GS. At 6 o'clock, you can see the moon phase made of steel and palladium which requires adjusting once every 122 years. On the case back, between 2 and 3o'clock, you'll see the power reserve. Sized a little bit smaller than the previous DB28 watches, the case is 43mm wide and 9.3mm thick. It’
Year With A Seiko Shogun Has Watch Lover Impressed
Want to dive deep into the minutia of an often over-looked Seiko diver? The guys over at Monochrome reported on a long-term, in-depth review of the Seiko SBDC007. The Seiko SBDC007 (aka the Shogun) is yet another JDM (Japanese domestic market) model that you likely won’t see in any North American stores.Boasting a similar platform to the SBDC001 (and 003/005) “Sumo” models, the 007 deviates in a number of interesting ways. While the SBDC 001/003/005 are based around stainless steel construction, the SBDC007 utilizes hardened titanium, which Seiko calls Dia-Sheild. The SBDC007 also uses a distinct bezel and different handset and markers for the dial design, allowing it to aesthetically span the area between SKX, SRP, SBDC lines and Spring Drive Grand Seiko divers like the SBDB001. Still featuring the same 6R15 movement, hardlex crystal and 200m water resistance seen in the SBDC 001/003/005, the 007 is a less dressy platform that would still make for one hell of an exce
