Fighting A Speeding Ticket In California - Part 1
This is the start of a series of articles I will write about traffic laws in California, specifically in San Francisco, and how to fight or avoid speeding tickets. This information comes from work experience, and legal research I engaged in to discover and successfully fight speeding tickets. There is an inherent contradiction in the purpose of police officers. They are responsible with the just enforcement of the laws, and endowed with the power to do so. Yet at the same time they are give the responsibility to pay for themselves and fund their local municipalities. This combined with their inherent authority makes them very scary, and potentially dangerous characters. A law enforcement body should have no interest beyond civil order to enforce laws. The profit potential (and reality) of traffic and speeding tickets makes it clear why so much effort is put into enforcement. Such tickets bring in many millions of dollars each year as thousands upon thousands are give out each year.
HYT H2 White Gold Blue & Platinum Red Watches

If you recall, we really liked the H2, so much so that we included it in our list of top 10 watches for Baselworld 2013. The H2 is a higher-end version of the H1 (hands-on here), that was the debut model from HYT and combined a traditional mechanical movement with a liquid indicator for the hours. There are going to be three limited editions for 2014 and here we will cover the two that use new liquid colors. The new 18k white gold and titanium H2 watch offers a new look for the popular model with a lovely blue, versus green, liquid hour indicator. Next, is a platinum & titanium model with a cool red hour indicator liquid. The movement in the H2 looks like a piston engine and is produced in collaboration with Renaud & Papi, though they aren’t involved in the liquid system. With 192 hours of power reserve, it has
