Carl F. Bucherer Heritage Tourbillon Double Peripheral Watch
At Baselworld 2019, Carl F. Bucherer has come out swinging with what I would consider some of the brand’s most attractive releases to date. With nods aplenty to the brand’s heritage, this is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful modern dress watches I’ve seen in the last ten years.SpecificationsBrand: Carl F. But to appreciate it better, it is best we first take a little trip down memory lane.Ressence was started in 2010 by Beno?t Mintiens, an industrial designer who worked on high-speed trains, aircraft cabins, and medical devices. At Baselworld that very same year, Mintiens showed off three Ressence prototypes, and it was immediately clear that we were seeing something very different. The dial, in particular, used a series of discs to dis
