Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon Westminster Perpetuel Watch
For fans of the tourbillon, Jaeger-LeCoultre's mega Gyrotourbillon watches are the ones to look out for. The latest Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon Westminster Perpetual is the fifth watch in the brand's Gyrotourbillon series, and it could very well be the most complicated one yet, combining a multi-axis tourbillon driven by a constant force mechanism with a perpetual calendar and a minute repeater that plays the Westminster chime.SpecificationsBrand: Jaeger-LeCoultreModel: Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon Westminster PerpetualDimensions: 43mm diameter, 14.08mm heightWater Resistance: 30 metersCase Material: White goldCrystal/Lens: SapphireMovement: Calibre 184Frequency: 4HzPower Reserve: 52 hoursStrap/Bracelet: Blue alligator strapPrice & Availability: 800,000

The “Longhorn” is one of the original prototypes of the LM1, which had a deservedly vaunted reputation during its production run from 2011-2017. It's funny in 2021 to imagine a brand like MB&F having to restrain a design due to logistical issues, but that's exactly what the LM1 Longhorn represents. As you can probably guess, the “Longhorn” moniker refers to the long lugs (or horns)? that Max Buss
