I bought this for my husband (birthday). It looks absolutely great on his wrist and he loves it. He wears it every day. Great duct.

I love the round face of this watch. The band is a lovely bracelet too. I could not have been happier with this purchase.

NEWS WATCHES

MB&F LM101 Frost Watch Hands-On
Less than a year ago, best watches debuted the MB&F LM101 watch,?the brand’s new entry-level Legacy Machine watch model, and for 2015, MB&F continues the LM101 family with a new model called the MB&F LM101 Frost – which also happens to include MB&F’s first timepiece offered in an 18k yellow gold case. While the prominence of 18k rose/red/pink gold is not surprising, I am curious as to why yellow gold seemed to fall out of favor with so many brands. It isn’t that you can’t get 18k yellow gold watches (Rolex has a few nice ones), but they are?much less common compared to alloys like rose gold. Anyhow, the limited edition MB&F LM101 Frost comes in either 18k red gold or yellow gold.
Baselworld 2013 - Through the Eyes of a First-Timer
This past April/May I had the opportunity to attend Baselworld as part of my role as a Contributing Editor for best watches. I have been writing about watches for a little over six years, and while that may not seem all that long to some of the field’s more seasoned writers, it took that long to attend my first Baselworld. Like many, I grew up attending air and auto shows with my Dad and brothers, so when I first learned of Baselworld, I added it to a list of very far off goals as until recently writing about watches was a mere hobby. I had seen photos and read the reports that follow each year’s show, but little could prepare me for the scale, the crowds in attendance, and the general watchnerdery of it all. In short, with the right pair of shoes, an empty wrist and a press pass, Baselworld is heaven for a watch lover.
