Nomos Minimatik & Tangente Automatik With DUW 3001 New In-House Movement Hands-On
Expanding on the success of last year’s announcement of the Swing System, Nomos has upped the ante for Baselworld 2015 with a brand new automatic movement and two new watches to get that movement on your wrist. With the all-new DUW 3001, Nomos has expanded their in-house manufacture to offer a very slim and very accurate caliber with automatic winding. Magrette Moana Pacific Diver Watch Review
New Zealand watch brand Magrette has just released their first serious tool watch, this is the Moana Pacific Diver, with 500 meters of water resistance, a lume covered dial, and a rotating diver’s bezel. Though it is not without a few quirks, this is one of the most capable timepieces the brand has released when it comes to function and style. It retains most of the retro charm of the Moana Pacific with a beefed up case and personality. While it shares the Moana Pacific name, dial design, and movement, I personally classify the Moana Pacific Diver as a totally different watch given how it feels and its function.
