The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Geneve is the Swiss watch making industry’s award night (though not all the nominees are Swiss brands) celebrating and awarding the previous year’s most interesting watches in a few categories. The awards are slanted to high-end timepieces, but there is a category for timepieces that are more entry level at just a few thousand dollars.The Grand Prix categories are: best men’s watch, best ladies watch, best design concept watch, best jewelery watch, best complicated watch, best sport watch, and a category called “Best Small Hand” which I believe is for the best watch under a certain price.
